Our individual sales conditions

For any reservation, we need the details of your credit card and expiration date.

CHECK IN : Our rooms are available from 15 :00
CHECK OUT : Our rooms should be released at 11:00

HALF-BOARD : breakfast at the Hotel à L’Oriel + lunch or dinner in one of our partner restaurants (close by!) “Au Cerf” or “Au Relais de Riquewihr” (1 entry, 1 dish and 1 dessert, excluding drinks).

ANIMALS : are welcome in the Hotel à l’Oriel for 10€/pet/day. We ask the pet owner a good behavior in the Hotel. The owner will be responsible of any damages caused by his pet. The Hotel à l’Oriel will charge the additional cleaning.

DAMAGES : any damages done by the customer in the room will be charged. Each customer has to be responsible for the room and it’s furniture. The Hotel will charge the amount necessary for the rehabilitation of the room and all the costs arising (operating loss due to immobilization of the room…). The Hotel will not be hold responsible for robbery, loss or damages on lugages put in the corridors by the customer, in the room which isn’t locked on in the car parking.

Our rates may vary depending on the time of year


In case of cancellation  :

– Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
– Late cancellation, within 15 days prior to arrival or no show, the Hotel requires 100% of the total amount of the stay.

During Christmas markets:

– 1st night reimbursable exclusively under certain conditions (death, hospitalization), bad weather is not taken into account.
– Late (15 days before arrival date) or no show, the Hotel requests 100% of the total amount of the stay.
